LINE UP There will be white dots marked on the Pavement Each graduate will stand on their own dot. No bunching or grouping • Teachers will address you about contact and proximity. • Graduates that do not obey social distancing rules may be asked to leave. • The Mustangs will be first and set the standard for all other schools. We will show them who we are.
ORDER You will be in alphabetical order Staff will be on site to help you to get in order and collect your name card • Staff will have signs with their section of the alphabet. Find your alpha and stand on your dot near the staff member. • It will take some patience and moving to get the lines right. • Once we get the hang of it, the process will run smoothly. • Your help will be expected to quickly line up and you will need to stand on your Dot. Once you are lined up you must stay on your dot Students arriving late will force the line to be adjusted. • If you are late almost, every student in the line will be affected.

PICTURE STATION Both lines will have a space in the tunnel for you to have your picture taken by a professional photographer. A picture of you on the stage with Don’t open the cover when you take the picture your diploma will also be taken. as there may not be a diploma in it. You will pause for the picture and be guided by a staff member to leave at the same time as your line mate.

The cue for the first row in column A (Right Side) to approach the ramp will be: “Graduates Please begin to make your way TIME TO up to the stage to receive your diploma.” GET YOUR DIPLOMA A staff member will cue the line from the far end for graduates to stand and make their way to the ramp to receive their diploma.

SLACKS SHOULD BE DARK IN COLOR AND WORN WITH DARK SHOES. ➢ GIRLS ARE TO WEAR A KNEE LENGTH DRESS, SKIRT AND BLOUSE, OR DRESS PANTS/DRESS CAPRIS WITH COMFORTABLE DRESS SHOES. ➢ GRADUATES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO CARRY PHONES, CAMERAS, PAGERS, MAKE-UP BAGS, OR PURSES TO THE CEREMONY. NO ITEMS CAN BE CARRIED IN STUDENT HANDS. ➢ ANYONE IN UNACCEPTABLE ATTIRE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CEREMONY. ONCE AGAIN, THIS IS A DIGNIFIED AFFAIR.

WILL BE CONFISCATED BY ALAMO STADIUM PERSONNEL PRIOR TO ENTRY. FAMILIES NEED TO PLEASE ENJOY THE CEREMONY AS A DIGNIFIED EVENT. ANYONE GOING INTO ALAMO STADIUM WILL GO THROUGH SECURITY. ALL GUESTS WILL BE EXPECTED TO FOLLOW THE CLEAR BAG POLICY FOR ALAMO STADIUM. ➢ ANY INFRACTION OF RULES AT GRADUATION WILL FORFEIT THE GRADUATE’ S PARTICIPATION IN THE CEREMONY. ➢ GRADUATES WILL CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN AN ORDERLY MANNER THROUGHOUT THE CEREMONY.
