MODIFIED INTERAGENCY SHARING VIII Streamlined Processes for Interagency Data Sharing To lower the cost and increase the speed of the intra-District • sharing of datasets classified as Level 2 or Level 1, the Chief Technology Officer, in coordination with the Office of the City Administrator, shall develop uniform data-sharing agreements. A public body shall not require another public body to enter into a data-sharing agreement other than the uniform data-sharing agreement in order to have access to view, utilize, or transfer Level 1 or Level 2, datasets, unless a different data-sharing agreement is approved by the City Administrator.
