CITY COUNCIL REQUESTS u Research resident issues and concerns. v Create an interdepartmental Alley Access Study Group.

PROGRAM PROPOSAL u Lead resident from qualifying alley makes the request. v If approved, the City will relocate solid waste services, including bulk trash. w Lead resident will hire a contractor to install 6- foot gates at resident’s cost. x Locks that allow 24/7 utility and emergency access will be installed.
