What’s the cost? $15 per iPad per month fee*: Minimum one-year agreement • • Minimum $75 for 1-5 iPads; $15 per iPad thereafter Remote Build Service option: $700 (regardless of location) • • Includes online training and support as well as list builds services Premium Onboarding Service is also available for a one-time fee: • $1,400 (accounts West of the Mississippi) • $1,600 (accounts East of the Mississippi) *Fee includes all software upgrades and features, as well as remote staff training, installation and ongoing remote tech support. Tastevin also offers an optional one-time fee to have a team member onsite for delivery, training and to build all beverage and food content.
What about the iPads? We recommend one iPad for each paper (printed) wine list. For a restaurant seating 150 people, 15 iPads are recommended. For $30 per iPad per year, Safeware, a third-party provider, can insure iPads in the event of theft, damage and spills (with a deductible of $50 per incident). Tastevin also integrates with Micros, Aloha, Digital Dining, Dinerware, Squirrel, POSitouch and Infogenesis and other smaller vendors.
