Overview of NORDC NPP • Fifteen (15) total Community Advisory Teams (CATs) – Three (3) per council district – Each CAT will help prioritize community recreation needs • One (1) City-Wide Advisory Council – The City-Wide Advisory Council will help prioritize city-wide recreation needs
Overview of NORDC NPP • CATs will be held to accountable and transparent processes, coordinated and montierd by NORDC and Neighborhood Engagment • CATs will be held to high standards that promote effective participation by all – Deliberative decision making process – Mutual responsibility among all parties involved • CATs are community-based bodies authorized to discuss and provide recommendations to the NORDC CEO
