  12. ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS & THEMES NOCE  Provide better access to technology and practical learning environments for programs such as nursing and pharmacy  The Wilshire Center at Fullerton College does not have enough student parking, gathering spaces, and dining amenities .  Better spaces for parents and their children at the Anaheim Campus to play both indoors and outdoors while students are in their program or studying . • Security for students and faculty after hours is a concern related to building access and physical safety throughout the campus sites . • Need for a full-service library and with research resources at the Anaheim campus.  As the expansion occurs at Cypress College, a connection to the main campus hub will be important so students at the Center feel integrated.  Finding ways to serve evening students in the same manner as the day time and credit students . 12 N O C C C D E F M P
