DSV XPress – calculation of weight and size Maximum weight of each parcel 70 kg. Maximum dimensions may vary depending on origin/destination, for more detailed information, please check with xpress.hel@fi.dsv.com. Volume/weight ratio: 1cbm = 250kg The calculation of price is based on volume weight if it exceeds the actual weight of your shipment. DSV XPress Booking Instructions: Book you DSV XPress shipment simply via email to: xpress.hel@fi.dsv.com The following information is required in the booking: • Commercial invoice and packing list (incl. description and value of the goods) • Number of parcels, weight and dimensions of each parcel • Complete pick-up and delivery addresses (P.O. Box no allowed) • Detailed contact information of both shipper and consignee contact persons including phone numbers and email addresses • Requested service type: DSV XPress or DSV XPress Economy • Please also remember to mention if you would like to secure your shipment with DSV Cargo Insurance! 9 | DSV XPress
