Process Involvement from our community ● Review of comprehensive data from last year’s survey ● Refresh survey from ACTS to verify last year’s feedback data ● Board and community review ● Refine draft calendar ● Final recommendation to the Board; calendar adoption ● Propose YRS calendar modeled after Board’s adopted calendar 5

The Data is Consistent Stakeholders & Leaders - Community, ACTS, CEA, PTA, Principals ● Prefer Site-based PD on Early Release Fridays ● Prefer Spring Break on one consistent week; favoring an Easter holiday ● Prefer Winter Break to be the same as Henrico & Hanover (12/20 - 1/2) ● Highest Priority: When Winter Break is scheduled ● If we could have another holiday... Veterans Day, Super Bowl Monday, JLK Day, Good Friday, or Easter Monday 6
