  4. Legislative Summary • Final NC budget included recurring funds • $3.5m in FY17-18 • $7m in FY18-19 • Allocated to NCPC to increase access to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library • Once fully implemented, access to the program shall be statewide 4 7/13/2017
