Who is this Growth Support Programme for? • ‘ERDF eligible’ SME businesses based in Devon, Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay.
✓ Existing business ✓ Turnover of less than £42m ✓ Employ under 250 staff ✓ Have not received more than 200,000 Euros worth of public funding in the last 3 years.
MUST NOT BE in the following sectors: × Fisheries & aquaculture × Coal, steel & shipbuilding × Synthetic fibres × Primary production, processing & marketing agriculture products × Banking & insurance × School age education × Nuclear
What you can expect from the Programme: • 3 hour face to face meeting with a TDA Business Adviser • Further 9 hours of free advice and support; • Includes 3 hours of digital support, which aims to increase growth and business efficiency and productivity through digital means. = 12 hours of funded support

PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY Female living in Somerset, Devon, Torbay or Plymouth • in work who would benefit from digital upskilling • wishing to retrain into a digital career • not currently in work but looking to re-engage with the digital skills labour market A resident (male or female) in a ward which falls into the bottom 20% most deprived wards within the HotSW LEP area
