Pr Proposed Centralized Funding Mod Model • All HISD schools move to Full-time Equivalent (FTE) model • Staffing determined by standard model - NOT by site- based management • All HISD schools will move from site-based management (PUA model) • Currently, staffing and school needs are determined by Principal and site-based management team.

  6. Pr Proposed Magnet Changes • DeBakey HSHP would remain a unique campus/magnet campus within “School Choice Office” • Lottery admission with requirement to receive a distribution of students from proposed four quadrants of HISD.
