Integrated Design Project • Integrated design project (IDP) is also known as capstone project • IDP is a final year engineering design project. • Can be introduced in 3 rd or final year as 1- or 2-semester project • Required by Engineering Accreditation Council (EAC) for engineering program. 11

Group Assignment (20%) • Your group is required to plan an integrated project so that the students can appreciate the importance of the cross-disciplinary collaboration and knowledge in solving a real life problem innovatively and creatively. The proposed project must be able to promote innovative / transformative learning. Each group should consist of lecturers from various schools. 33
