Graduate Schemes A structured programme that combines working and training, targeted to recent graduates.  Offered mainly by large employers.  Lasts usually for a period of 1 to 3 years.  Successful completion normally leads to a permanent position and often a professional qualification  Fast track to a higher position  Higher salary (or potential for)  Selected sectors  Competitive – approx. only 12% of students gain a place  Recruit EARLY
