Negotiations • Bane NOR may negotiate on all parts of the submitted tender. • The number of tenderers to negotiate may be limited, and the negotiations may be organized in stages to reduce the number of tenders. • The tenderers are given an opportunity to submit a revised tender at the end of the negotiations. • Construction Unit East is considering compensation to unsuccesful tenderers in the more complex EPC contracts. 7 Information is correct as of 10 May 2017, but may be subject to change.
