  10. Medical Simulation Training Center MSTCs teach both medics and non-medical personnel to be a Soldier first and a Medic second. It is used to conduct standardized, Combat Life-Saver (CLS) training for non – medical personnel and Combat Medic Advanced Skills Training. 23 centers fielded around the world, including Kuwait and Afghanistan. Trained or validated 309,604 US and Allied Forces prior to Deployment into Multiple Theaters of Operation in the past 5 years
