Time Frame 2025: 2004: 2005 : 2015: Negotiations Tramline in High density activities established Development pressure leads to development of Ambilly and with La Praille around La Praille annd Annemasse Mon Idée commune completed Prepare sites for new higher density develop CEVA can start at any point 19 September 2004 Scaled Solutions 20

  21. Conclusions 1. The development of these concepts do not rely entirely on the start/timing of the CEVA line, however, it could contribute to even more vibrant and active centers around La Praille and Annemasse stations. 2. The development of the Greenfields is not a high priority in the short to medium term, however, if pressure for more housing rises in the long term, the proposed concept will be implemented. 3. The various and overlapping Institutions and Stakeholders might be a challenge that has to be addressed . 19 September 2004 Scaled Solutions 21
