First Item of Business: Vote Should the CSC have the Director of Parking & Alternative Transportation Services position as an ex-officio member? Recent restructure ● Parking & Alternative Transportation Services was represented on the CSC when it was a direct report to the AVP of Campus Life. ● Recent restructuring, so Parking & Alternative Transportation Services now reports to the Chief of Police.

Air Travel Offset Policy ● CAP Action Step TRAN6 ○ All state-funded travel will be carbon neutral or 100% offset by 2022 ● Timeline ○ Apr 2018: CAP approved ○ Apr 2019: Research on Air Travel Offset Policy presented to CSC ○ May/June 2019: Reviewed by Cabinet ○ Oct 2019: Revised to policy format; Finance Office & A&F review ○ Dec 2019: CAHS approves to send to Senate as info item ○ Feb 2020: Senate approves as info item
Air Travel Offset Policy: Discussion ● Additions ○ If donors object to paying the air travel fee, the fee will be paid by the University. Per personal communication with VP of University Advancement, William Johnson, on June 20, 2019. ○ Financial Services responsible for enforcement. ○ Fund clarification from Finance Department.
