INTRODUCTION TO PAZA BO BOARD OF DIRECTORS Elizabeth introduced the PAZ AZA Board of Directors. In addition, she recognize ized the contributions of PAZA membe mbers in meetings and committees and thanked the them for their involvement. Elizabeth then i n introduced staff and contractors in attendance and and recognized those who were una unable to attend. MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIR IR Sharon Nelson, PAZA’s Chai hair, welcomed all and provided the message from m the chair. She provided a brief history o y of PAZA’s beginnings and operations in the Peac eace region. Sharon then noted PAZA’s cur current efforts with AEMERA, the Alberta Airshe sheds Council, and the Clean Air Strategic A Alliance. 2014 Financial Sta Statements Presented by Shawna Fehr, B , BDO. The Financial Review was ac accepted as presented by consensus. “Revision of Albert erta’s Air Monitoring Directive” Presented by Crystal Parrell, Alberta Environment and Parks. 2

See attached slides. Administration ADOPTION OF 2014 AGM MEE EETING MINUTES The 2014 Annual General Me Meeting Minutes were accepted as presented by conse consensus. NOMINATIONS AND ELECTIO IONS PAZA BOARD OF DIRECTORS Elizabeth Bell announced the he resignation of Elmer Spilchen from Alberta He ealth Services, and the appointment ent of Ashwin Din as Director on behalf of AHS. El . Elizabeth also announced the resignation tion of Leanne Chartrand as Director. Leanne will ill remain involved as an AER Engagem gement Specialist. No other nominations or resig signations were received. The PAZA membership approve pproved the Board of Directors as presented. 3

Why was PAZA established? • Identified as a region with air quality concerns • Lack of information available to public and stakeholders • Desire of Industry, Government, Public and Non-government organizations to work together • Ability to use funds more efficiently to monitor • Ability to use funds more efficiently to monitor air quality • Many opinions and assumptions about air quality in the absence of credible data
