  21. Attendance Boundary Committee Recommendations 1. Students starting 5 th grade next year would be eligible to be grandfathered to their existing elementary schools. 2. Students starting 8th grade next year would be eligible to be grandfathered to existing middle schools. 3. Grandfathered students would not receive bus transportation and siblings would not be eligible for being grandfathered.
