State Championship Milestones Park View High School has won 15 State Team Championships and 40 Individual State Champions since 1976. We have begun a new tradition of recognizing the milestone anniversaries of our previous state champions.
25 th Anniversary of the 1991 Boys Soccer Team • Defeated William Byrd High • Forward Terance Gunnells scored two of the School in the state final by a Patriots goals, both assisted by midfielder Brian score of 3-0. Bechtold. • The first of three Boy’s Soccer • Midfielder Johan Allerbrand scored the third state championships for PVHS. goal, assisted by midfielder Steven Dardis. • The Patriots outshot their • Park View went on to successfully defend their opponent by 31-10. 1991 title in the following season • Coached by Phil Rosenthal and Rick Sarr
