Questar 411 Task ID Issue Status Response 1 Loss of Connectivity Ongoing Do not move students to another machine. Students may continue to test. Connectivity must be reestablished to submit the assessment. 2 Accessibility and Ongoing Accommodations must be set in the Nextera Accommodations administration site before a student begins testing. 3 Pausing for Breaks Ongoing Direct students to click on the pause/sign-out button in the upper right corner of the screen. OSA 411 Question Answer If a student proceeds to Prompt 2 or completes Test administrators must be vigilant of students clicking to the second Prompt 2 before Prompt 1 time is up, what prompt before the end of the allotted 75 minutes. Please advise students procedures need to be followed? to wait until instructed to hit the arrow button to move to the next question/prompt. If a student begins on the second prompt before the allowed time period, please follow guidance on page 37 in the TAM regarding students moving to the second prompt. Because it has communicated daily through the ADU, students who do not follow these directions in the TAM must be invalidated. What can be done if accommodations were not If the student has made significant progress through the assessment, an set before the student begins testing and the test IEP committee MUST meet to determine needs to be reset? A. The team may choose to leave the scores as is. Currently, all tests have been submitted and will be scored. B. The team may choose to invalidate the scores and not retest the student. C. The team may choose to reset the test, and test the student with the appropriate accommodations. Documentation must be provided that all individuals were properly trained. 9
