Bromley Third Sector Enterprise Care Navigators – delivered by Age UK B&G as part of the Proactive Care and Frailty Pathway Dementia Support Hub – delivered by BLG Mind with Age UK B&G Registered with Companies House in September 2017 BTSE began delivering the Bromley Well Service in October 2017. Services provide a single point of access to a wide range of third sector early intervention and prevention support services.
