  8. 8 RAMP OPTION HAS LOW IMPACTS TO ADJACENT PROPERTIES Maintains driveway access to  SNOW STORAGE SPACE adjacent homes Structure positioned to  utilizes generally unusable space Structure is kept within Town  right-of-way while maintaining clear space to adjacent properties and structures No adjustments or changes to  adjacent structures required Ease of access to existing  hydro for powering heating cables MAINTAINS CLEAR SNOW STORAGE DRIVEWAY ACCESS SPACE Minimal changes to grading  MAINTAINS CLEAR DRIVEWAY ACCESS and water flow patterns except immediately adjacent the ramp structure 8

  9. 9 IMPACTS DURING CONSTRUCTION During construction the location of the stair TEMPORARY DETOUR ROUTE MAP  crossing will be closed to through pedestrian traffic. A temporary detour route will be used during the construction period Excavations will be kept to a minimum and  will be limited to the area highlighted. Helical pile foundations are being utilized to minimize the depth of excavation The contractor will be responsible for  cleaning roadways and controlling dust during construction Work is planned for summer months when  school is out and is planned to be complete and ready for use before school is in session again in September Temporary local increase in truck traffic for  delivery of equipment and materials would be expected during construction
