  3. Introducing the 3L Programme Two levels: • Level 3 – for Team Leaders/Supervisors • Level 5 – for Managers

  4. In partnership with PeoplePlus PeoplePlus is part of the Staffline Group designing, developing and delivering training to approximately 14,000 people, supporting over 1,700 employers. We are an Ofsted Grade 2 provider delivering a variety of training programmes and apprenticeships in various disciplines and sectors, including Customer Service, Project Management, Leadership & Management and Multi-Layer Lean & Continuous Improvement training.

Eligibility for Apprenticeship • Currently living and/or working in England • Have lived in an EEA country for last 3 years • Age 16+ • Do NOT already hold an equivalent or higher qualification within leadership or management • Committed to remain in employment for the programme duration • Line Management responsibility

Commitment required from the Learner • Commitment to undertake planned training activity and meet requirement of 20% off-the-job training (OTJT) • Complete any work set by the Coach between visits • Collect relevant evidence for the POE between the relevant workshop and the next Coach Visit • Involvement in progress reviews at 10-12 week intervals • Make effective use of PeoplePlus Coach by discussing any concerns or issues • Be a positive and enthusiastic role model within the University

Commitment required from the Line Manager • Release learner to undertake planned training activity and meet requirement of 20% off-the-job training (OTJT) • Level 3 – up to 15 months • Level 5 – up to 24 months • Support and mentor your staff member through their development • Involvement in progress reviews at 10-12 week intervals • Make PeoplePlus Coach aware of any concerns or issues • Be a positive and enthusiastic role model within the University
