Fees & the General Fund • All Appendix J fees are collected in the General Fund • All associated licensure and nuisance abatement expenses are recorded in the General Fund • If fee revenues aren’t sufficient to cover regulatory expenses, property tax payers make up the difference • Current Property Tax Subsidy: $13M
