SOCCER OPERATIONS DIRECTOR & OWNER The clubs philosophy, direction & vision come’s from John Robinson, who’s 15 years playing experience as an ex E nglish Premier League & International player with over 550 league appearances & over 45 international appearances. He has been in the SWFL soccer community for the past 10 years, 1 st coaching them starting & establishing clubs. Has helped bring the only semi professional(USL/PDL) men’s team to SWFL. In 2017 he was inducted into the Charlton Athletic Hall Of Fame. INTRODUCTION • FORMED - Elite Soccer Academy was formed for the 2016-17 season. • AFFILIATION - In 2016 club became a US Club affiliate • APR APRIL, L, 20 2018 18 ESA announced a new program that will combine the resources from Elite Soccer Academy & Lehigh Youth Soccer Association(LYSA). This will complement our existing program with a new elite structured program branded Elite Soccer Academy LYSA that launches for our 2018-19 season. • CLUB PHILOSOPHY - ESA has & will always be built on 100%, transparency, honesty, good environment, ethics, morals, accountability & that we treat everyone the same. This happens we believe players will develop as soccer players as well as people. • LOCATIONS - Our home training field for the entire season is Gateway Sherman Soccer Complex. Our home FYSA game field is Lehigh Middle School • LEAGUE – With our new improved elite program we can participate in FYSA sanctioned leagues & in the future we can also apply for US Club Leagues. • STATE CUP & NATIONAL CUP - U11/U17 can compete in Presidents Day or Commissioners Cup. U12-U19 teams can compete in either FYSA & US Club State Cup • TOU OURNAMENTS & LEAGUE - Focus is mainly on local & travel but can include local SWFL/Travel league play, determined by SOD & Coordinators • TOU OURNAMENT T APPROACH – Allows for greater focus on training between tournaments, providing families with more palatable scheduling for other family or work commitments as well as spending quality family time. • CALENDAR - Players/Parents are supplied a team tournament & training calendar at tryouts, enabling complete transparency prior to committing. This enables parents to schedule in advance any other commitments they may have. – Only club in SWFL to do this • PLAYER PATHWAYS - Since formed we have supplied different pathways for our players from Professional, Semi Professional, College (Nationally & Internationally) • SEASON GAMES - We participate each season in more games over a season than any other organization in SWFL, by an average of 8-10. • COLLEGE – We have worlds leading college recruitment organization working within a club – Only club in SWFL to have this • COLLEGE - New 2018- 19 season, we have an Exclusive partnership in SWFL, with the nations leading college player recruitment portal “College Fit Finder” • COLLEGE - U16-U19 Academy teams have college recruitment preparation package available. No other club is SWFL offers this • ACADEMY POO OOL - U16-U19 Academy players train together & as a team, enabling leadership for the older players & increased quicker development for the younger players. All players get opportunity to have access to all coaching staff. – Only club in SWFL to have this structure. (mirrors professional clubs youth at this age) • VIDEO - New 2018-19 season, players have access to a video editing tool, enabling them to edit their own videos. (rather than parents spending $100’s) • PLAYER ER OP OPPRTUNITIES - Past 2 seasons we partnered with several major international, national, & local organizations that bring exposure, opportunities, & lifetime experiences for our players..

US CLUB SOCCER US Club Soccer is a member of the U.S. Soccer Federation. It offers youth, league-and cup-based competition platforms at competitive levels, as well as a player identification Olympic Development Program sanctioned id2Programs. US Club have two of the most reputable leagues in the country National Premier League(NPL) & Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) LEAGUES NPL was created to elevate and change the competitive youth soccer landscape by U.S. Soccer with player development and identification platforms, by providing meaningful weekly competition culminating in the NPL Finals. ECNL is sanctioned league to enhance the developmental experience of the elite female soccer players with innovative, player-centered programming female youth soccer players. STATE CUP US Club Soccer’s state cup championship competition allow clubs u12 -u19 teams to play in their own State Cup and have the opportunity to advance to the National Cup. NATIONAL CUP US Club Soccer’s National Cup is for u12 -u19 teams & is the affiliations highest cup competition & is played across the United States. Teams are able to qualify for the National Cup Finals by participating in the State Cup Regionals . PLAYER ID CAMPS US Club Soccer’s id 2 National Identification and Development Program provides an opportunity for the country’s elite youth soccer players to be identified and developed, and scouted for inclusion in U.S. Soccer’s National Team programs.
FYSA Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) is a nonprofit, educational organization dedicated to fostering the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of Florida’s youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of Age. LEAGUES FSPL - Florida State Premier League exists to provide elite U14-U19 teams with the opportunity to compete against the most competitive teams within the state of Florida SWFL - Southwest Florida Soccer Association is a locally run organization which is specifically geared towards providing competitive soccer for teams in the area. STATE CUP, PRESIDENTS CUP, COMMISSIONERS CUP Florida Presidents Cup, are for u11-u19 teams seeking additional challenges to play against teams of similar abilities for a national title. Florida State Cup, is the first leg of the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series and is the highest premiere competition at the state level.. The National Championship Series is the country's most prestigious national youth soccer tournament , PLAYER ID CAMPS Olympic Development Program(ODP) is to identify players for our men’s and women’s Youth National Teams. The selection process takes place through state, regional and national events. .
