CCL ¡NE ¡Overview ¡ • The ¡NSL ¡League ¡has ¡merged ¡with ¡the ¡Club ¡Champions ¡League ¡New ¡ England ¡(CCL ¡NE). ¡This ¡provides ¡an ¡exciBng ¡opportunity ¡for ¡top ¡ teams ¡to ¡compete ¡at ¡a ¡NaBonal ¡level. ¡ • CCL ¡New ¡England ¡is ¡a ¡conference ¡of ¡the ¡Club ¡Champions ¡League ¡ which ¡has ¡leagues ¡in ¡Virginia, ¡Maryland, ¡Washington ¡and ¡New ¡ England ¡ • NaBonal ¡Pathway ¡through ¡league ¡play ¡for ¡U13 ¡and ¡up. ¡ • Direct ¡qualificaBon ¡to ¡the ¡USYS ¡Eastern ¡Regional ¡Championships ¡via ¡ the ¡League ¡Championship ¡Playoff ¡CCL ¡New ¡England ¡age ¡group ¡ champions ¡(both ¡Club-­‑to-­‑club ¡and ¡Team-­‑based) ¡qualify ¡to ¡the ¡CCL ¡ New ¡England ¡League ¡Championship ¡ • Playoff ¡Winners ¡advance ¡to ¡USYS ¡League ¡Championship ¡Playoff ¡ versus ¡CCL, ¡Long ¡Island ¡Junior ¡Soccer ¡League ¡(LIJSL) ¡or ¡the ¡NaBonal ¡ Capital ¡Soccer ¡League ¡(NCSL) ¡ ¡ ¡

Club ¡Passes ¡ • Players ¡can ¡be ¡invited ¡to ¡play ¡on ¡other ¡WPL ¡Club ¡team ¡by ¡ using ¡the ¡NE ¡CCL ¡club ¡pass. ¡ ¡ ¡ • Players ¡will ¡be ¡chosen ¡to ¡play ¡for ¡other ¡Wellesley ¡teams ¡based ¡ on ¡their ¡ability ¡and ¡their ¡effort ¡in ¡pracBce ¡sessions ¡and ¡games. ¡ • Tournament ¡passes ¡can ¡be ¡given ¡out ¡to ¡Wellesley ¡players ¡ from ¡other ¡Clubs ¡to ¡compete ¡for ¡Wellesley ¡in ¡any ¡given ¡ tournaments. ¡

Team ¡Snap ¡App ¡ We ¡will ¡be ¡using ¡the ¡TeamSnap ¡app ¡this ¡season ¡ to ¡organize ¡all ¡of ¡our ¡teams ¡pracBces ¡and ¡ games. ¡It’s ¡a ¡great ¡way ¡to ¡keep ¡updates ¡on ¡who ¡ is ¡going ¡to ¡be ¡available ¡for ¡pracBce ¡and ¡games ¡ each ¡week ¡and ¡to ¡send ¡updates ¡on ¡anything ¡ game/pracBce ¡related. ¡ ¡ Please ¡note ¡that ¡as ¡part ¡of ¡our ¡COVID ¡ protocols, ¡parents ¡will ¡be ¡required ¡(track ¡and ¡ trace) ¡to ¡use ¡TeamSnap ¡to ¡let ¡the ¡club ¡know ¡ which ¡events ¡(pracMces ¡and ¡games) ¡your ¡ children ¡will ¡be ¡aNending. ¡If ¡players ¡do ¡not ¡ respond ¡via ¡TeamSnap, ¡they ¡will ¡not ¡be ¡ allowed ¡to ¡pracMce ¡or ¡play ¡games. ¡ ¡

Parent ¡ResponsibiliBes ¡ • Parents ¡to ¡refrain ¡from ¡side ¡line ¡coaching ¡of ¡all ¡players, ¡ including ¡their ¡own, ¡while ¡supporBng ¡the ¡team ¡in ¡a ¡posiBve ¡ and ¡enthusiasBc ¡manner ¡ • Parents ¡to ¡be ¡respeciul ¡of ¡the ¡Zero ¡Tolerance ¡Referee ¡Policy ¡ • 24 ¡hour ¡rule: ¡Parents ¡are ¡banned ¡from ¡discussing ¡a ¡game, ¡a ¡ play ¡or ¡any ¡feedback ¡on ¡game ¡or ¡training ¡days ¡ • Parents ¡to ¡ensure ¡players ¡have ¡all ¡the ¡required ¡training ¡alre ¡ • Parents ¡to ¡inform ¡the ¡coach ¡with ¡at ¡least ¡a ¡two-­‑day ¡noBce ¡if ¡ they ¡cannot ¡amend ¡training ¡or ¡a ¡game ¡on ¡the ¡team ¡snap-­‑app. ¡

Coach ¡ResponsibiliBes ¡ • Coach ¡to ¡be ¡approachable ¡and ¡personable ¡to ¡all ¡players ¡and ¡ parents ¡ • Coach ¡to ¡look ¡and ¡act ¡professional ¡at ¡all ¡Bmes ¡during ¡training ¡ and ¡games ¡ • Coach ¡to ¡be ¡punctual, ¡organized ¡and ¡prepared ¡for ¡each ¡ training ¡session ¡and ¡game ¡ • Coach ¡to ¡communicate ¡directly ¡to ¡the ¡players/parents ¡48 ¡ hours ¡aper ¡each ¡game ¡during ¡the ¡season ¡ • Coach ¡to ¡always ¡put ¡the ¡development ¡of ¡the ¡player ¡ahead ¡of ¡ the ¡score ¡line ¡and ¡team ¡record ¡
