  10. 2.18.2020 Community Meeting Presentation • To qualify as a Director of a special district Board, a person must be an “eligible elector” which is defined as a registered voter of Colorado and either: • A resident of the District, or • The owner (or spouse or civil union partner of the owner) of taxable real or personal property situated in the District May 5, 2020 • If you are an eligible elector and interested in serving on the Brighton Crossing Metropolitan District No. 4 Board as a Director a self-nomination form must be completed. Self-Nomination forms are available from January 1, 2020 to District February 28, 2020. The self-nomination form must be filed with the designated election official no later than 5 p.m. on February 28, 2020. Board • At the May 5, 2020 election, 2 directors will be elected to serve 3-year terms and 1 director will be elected to serve a 2-year term for the Brighton Crossing Metropolitan District No. 4. Elections • If the District does not receive more candidates than offices to be filled at the election, the designated election official shall cancel the election and declare the candidates elected.

  18. 2.18.2020 Community Meeting Presentation 2020 Venture Center Access Card Renewal The liability waiver paperwork that is required to use District recreation facilities must be resubmitted by all residents annually. The deadline to complete the paperwork and return it to the YMCA staff at The Cove is 03/31/20. All access cards will be shut off beginning 04/01/20 if the liability waiver has not been received by the District. Please complete the form on the website or stop into the Cove to complete a paper copy. If you are a new resident, after completing the form please stop into The Venture Center to pick up your access cards.
