Progress in 2019 February •2 nd – Steering Committee Formed •Fatou Ceesay, Kayla Driscoll, Brenda Moten, TerriJo Saarela, Kathi Vos •11 th – Steering Committee meeting – discussion of 5 themes •18 th – Presentation to the Club on the 5 themes, requested votes from non-attendees March •20 th Presentation to the Club on the 5 themes summarized from February 2 nd Retreat, club vote April •10 th Steering Committee meeting - added JoAnn Gruben-Hagen, reviewed “Logic Model”, Kathi appointed Chair and Vice-Chair May •1 st – Steering Committee meeting – discussed approach to the developing the plan and creating term sheet, distributed ‘Vision to Action” model, Jacqueline Gleason Zonta future member in attendance •15 th – Presentation to the Club on current progress and next steps June •19 th –Steering Committee meeting scheduled •26 th – Zonta Leadership Training – work on Action Plan
