A FULL WEEK OF ACTIVITIES DEDICATED TO GROWING KWAZULU-NATAL'S EXPORT BUSINESSES AND INDUSTRIES
PUM Participation Requirements Proposed PUM Mentorship Program • Experts from the Netherlands will be deployed for 10-12 working days (sometimes less) to consult to pre-selected KZN Companies who have applied for PUM mentorship. ONE EXPERT PER COMPANY. • Follow-up session and B2B Meetings in the Netherlands • € 1 000.00 per Company for Additional PUM Mentorship Programme to same Company • Accommodation & Meals to be covered by TIKZN IF company applies via TIKZN • R2 000.00 Commitment Fee payable to TIKZN AFTER mentorship visit. • Company representative to collect & drop-off expert at airport. • Company to provide expert with lunch during mentorship.
PUM Participation Requirements MENTORSHIP CRITERIA • No Foreign-Owned Companies. Majority Local Shareholding. • Must be Manufacturing Companies/at least 65% local content. • No Listed Company/Large Company Ownership. • Annual Company Turnover of Maximum R150 Million. • Maximum Staff Component of 15-20 (open to motivation). • Fixed Assets/Balance Sheet limited to R150 Million.
