How the Program Works Bonus Request & Project Tracking Form Tier 1 and Tier 2 Energy Solutions Partners can request a bonus payment Bonus will be paid for projects completed under National Grid’s Midsize <2MW Electric Energy Initiative Program Only one bonus will be paid per InDemand application Tier 1, 2 & 3 Energy Solutions Partners can report energy savings, both kWh and/or therms 13

How the Program Works ESP Logo Use and Press Releases: National Grid ESP Logo Use: The Trade Ally shall not use the National Grid logo for any purpose without the express written authorization from National Grid. Any authorized use of National Grid’s logo must be reviewed and approved by National Grid and such use must strictly adhere to National Grid’s specific logo use requirements. National Grid ESP Press Releases: Guidelines for third-party news releases and other publicity/marketing initiatives can be found on the ESP website: http://www1.nationalgridus.com/EnergySolutionsPartner All requests, including a DRAFT of the logo use or the press release should be submitted to the ESP email address: energysolutionspartner-uny@nationalgrid.com National Grid will review and respond within 3-5 business days. 15
Partner Responsibilities Promote NGrid Energy Initiative Program incentives to commercial and industrial customers Support the sale and installation of approved energy-efficiency measures Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with National Grid incentive applications Participate in ongoing training to improve your understanding of energy efficiency technologies and installation techniques Maintain adequate insurance coverage and applicable certifications or licenses To maintain Tier 1 status complete 1000 MWh or Dts by December 31 each year 16
