The function and prospect of Intrauterine Device in reproductive health domain In 1995, WHO emphasized the global health strategy again, and set up two international targets. One is “ everybody can enjoy the healthy care in 2000”, the other is “everybody will enjoy their productive health in 2015” . It showed us the important status of reproductive health in the 21st century. As all known, reaching the international target of reproductive health , we need some conditions. Intrauterine Device (Naked IU D) can effectively control birth. It also can help to realizing the international target of productive 3 health.
1 、 IUD played an important role in reproductive health Effective contraception and independent birth can protect people's reproductive health. They're essential part of improving the female's society status. In 1994, the international meeting of population and development in Cairo, Egypt , which divided reproductive healthy concept into six parts, and the safely effective contraception are core. Generally Speaking, female's birth period may last more than 30 years. If there's no effective contraception, it'll be very difficult to reduce 4 non- wish pregnancy.
