www.basd.net/finearts ● The Bellefonte Performing Arts Students will be competing at the TIA Atlantic Coast Championships in Wildwood New Jersey from April 29-May 2nd. ● Tonight we will share a very tentative schedule, fundraising schedule and cost breakdown. ● We will not receive the final schedule, performance times and locations until a week before the trip. ● TIA reserves the right to place us in their choice of performance times and performance venues.
Tentative Schedule Wednesday, April 29th ● Depart Bellefonte High School at 3:30 PM ● Eat Dinner in route (hope to have meal provided by band booster club) ● Check in at Hotel in Wildwood and report to rooms
Thursday, April 30th ● Light Breakfast (prepared and provided by the boosters) ● Performances/Free Time TBA **performances should be Percussion** ● Lunch (currently on your own, will need $$$) ● Performances/Free Time TBA **performances should be Dance** ● Dinner (currently on your own, will need $$$) ● Performances/Free Time TBA **performances should be Guard and High School Majorettes **
Friday, May 1st ● Light Breakfast (prepared and provided by the boosters) ● Free Time (TBA) ● Lunch ( included in the cost of your trip) ● Performances/Free Time TBA **performances should be Junior High Majorettes** ● Dinner (currently on your own, will need $$$) ● Evening activities to be determined
Saturday, May 2nd ● Light Breakfast (prepared and provided by the boosters) ● Performances/Free Time TBA **performances could be finals Majorettes & Dance** ● Lunch (currently on your own, will need $$$) ● Performances/Free Time TBA **performances could be finals guard and percussion** ● Return to Bellefonte after the conclusion of all finals Bellefonte participates in.
Tentative Cost ○ The cost of the trip is currently $350 . This price includes transportation , three nights lodging/breakfast, package registration, wristband to attend all performances and wrist band to Morey’s amusement park on the pier. ○ $50.00 commitment fee is Due December 6th. ○ 2 meals in route, 2 Lunches and 2 Dinners at Wildwood are currently an extra cost. ○ Performing Arts Boosters and Band Club are hoping to raise funds to cover these costs. ○ Your help as a parent booster is very much needed .

Volunteering Help cover meal costs by…. ● Volunteering for the indoor show and chapter championship ● Donate food, candy and beverages for the indoor show, bingo and chapter championships ● Sign Up to Volunteer and help with the Bingo ● Sell game sponsor cards for the Bingo ● Encourage people to attend the snoball dance, indoor preview show and chapter championships
Volunteer Information In order to be considered a chaperone for the Wildwood Trip you must be a BOARD APPROVED District Volunteer. Submit your chaperone commitment form by 12-6-2019 You must have submitted the following clearances: ● Criminal Background Check ● Child Abuse Check ● Confidentiality Statement (Sign Release) ● Finger Print if you have not lived in PA for ten years ● Volunteer or donate for a minimum of two booster events starting December 1st
