Well Cleanout Procedure Coiled Tubing Unit Fluid Returns Tank This system combines CJS’s dual umbilical coiled tubing, BOP ArmorPak, with an System engineered Jet Pump using the venturi principal to vacuum solids and liquids from well bores. The primary Produced Fluids/Solids function is to create a low Dual ArmorPak Tubing pressure environment in the well bore to pump the fluid Filtration and solids to surface up the production conduit in the Injection ArmorPak. This thru tubing Fluid Hot Oiler cleanout operation is accomplished in an underbalanced environment at all times and and simultaneous jetting and vakking facilitates the ability to break solids bridges in the Motor Fluid Filtration well, combining the fluid and Holding Tank solids returns to surface. Engineered Jet Pump
Engineered Dual Action Jet Pump Jetting and vakking facilitates the ability to break solids bridges in the well returning the motor fluid, production fluid and solids returns to surface.
Well Cleanout Process & Application The ArmorVak system uses the “clean as you go” approach with a motor fluid “thief valve” that directs a desired volume of fluid to the wash nozzle for cleaning action If desired, the return valve can be shut in such that all motor fluid is directed to the 1/16” wash nozzle with 30 lpm @ 5,000 psi hydraulic pressure directed at any solids blockage Efficient cleanouts can be performed to an upper maximum of 3,000 meters of measured depth. Historical experience has been collected in several reservoir types from light oil to CHOPS to thermal heavy oil recovery.
Frequently Asked Questions About Canadian ArmorVak Proven Technology with Top Tier Heavy Oil companies Proven ability to handle heavy solids and gas recoveries 139.7mm (5.5 inch) inch and greater casing & liner sizes accommodated
