The Historic Residential Properties John Fletcher House - C.1855 Original site of cobbler shop • Became a residence after • factor was built Abner Hosmer House -1846 Hosmer, a housewright, built • it the same year as the church Rev James Fletcher live here • when he wrote Acton’ history in 1890. He died in the 1893 factory fire.

A Master Plan for Historic Buildings Hire an architectural consultant to investigate each building, and identify the issues to fix to protect and preserve these historic assets for future generations.   21. Bylaw Changes: Codifying re-alignment  Removes references to all committees from the Bylaws, except M&O, Nominating, Stewardship. This gives us flexibility to adjust committees as needed without the need to amend the Bylaws.  Eliminates Coordinating Council. This frees up valuable time for committee chairs.  Makes all references to Personnel Sub-Committee consistent (some sections of the Bylaw refer to the Personnel “Committee”).
