First Day of School! ● Two student entrances open at 8:05 am ○ Car entrance (off Field Drive, follow cones to circle drive, dropoff/pickup along curb, please pull up) ○ Bus/walker entrance (walkers must remain on sidewalks) ○ Parents not permitted in hallways on first day ● Students report to cafeteria between 8:05 and 8:25 ● Students report to first period class after 8:25 am ● Bus routes posted through transportation tab on district website ● Fresh schedule will be provided to all students ● 6th grade lunch at 1:00 ● Students dismissed at 3:40

Tips for Parents 1. Password: ○ Strong password that parents know. ○ Not shared with friends. 2. Only follow people that you know!!!!! 3. Go to settings and enable privacy settings: ○ On Snapmap: ■ Ghost Mode - no one can see me. ■ Only friends can see me. 4. Monitor the amount of time spent. 5. Keep your devices in a central location. 6. Don’t check in online. 7. Check in with your child - have conversations about social media and its uses.
School Safety ● Many safety procedures and safeguards already in place remain internal and confidential for purposes of prevention and protection. ● School safety specialist and safety committee in place and monitoring continuously. ● Secure entrance procedures are in place. ● Backpacks must remain in lockers. ● Cell phones may stay with students, out and in use with teacher permission only. ● Hallway and locker access restricted to designated times and emergencies only. ● Speak Up and Counselor QR for confidential reporting.
