Additional Diploma Distinctions Regents or Advanced Regents with Honors : Eligible students will have an average of 90 or above on required Regents exams. • Mastery in Science : 85 or higher on all 3 science Regents exams • Mastery in Math : 85 or higher on all 3 math Regents exams. • CTE Endorsement : BOCES/CTE students who have earned a 65 on all Regents exams and passed all CTE required assessments.
AIS – Academic Intervention Services AIS courses are offered in ELA, Writing, Math, Science, Global History and U.S. History & Government Inclusion in these classes is mandated based upon performance on standardized tests and the state assessments Students remain in these classes until they demonstrate the ability to pass the Regents in ELA, Math, Science, Global History and U.S History & Government AIS courses are not credit bearing

3. Additional Information
Vocational Education Career and technical programs are available for High School Juniors and Seniors at the Myers Educational Center in Saratoga. Students must be on track to graduate with their class and have a strong attendance record to be considered for these programs. Some of the possible choices include: • Automotive Technology • Building Trades • Criminal Justice • Early Childhood Education • Horticulture • New Visions Pre-Professional Programs available to qualified students in their senior year (Engineering/Health Care)
Scheduling Classes may be offered in a single period, all year long (40 minutes/day) Courses may be offered as semester classes or full year classes PE and some elective classes are offered every other day throughout the year

NCAA Clearinghouse Student-athletes wishing to play Division I or Division II athletics must be cleared by the NCAA in order to be eligible to participate This process involves completing an application at the start of the student’s senior year in high school A student’s transcript, including rigorous coursework and SAT/ACT scores are evaluated to determine eligibility
