  3. About Me: This is my 6th year teaching and my first year in Ponder. I have also taught in Decatur ISD and Keller ISD. I knew I wanted to be a teacher from a young age, and I feel that this is my passion, calling and purpose. I look forward to getting to know you and your child.

  4. I moved to Ponder two years ago when I got married to Rex. We both grew up in Keller. We have a yellow lab, Lily, and tuxedo cat named Levi.

(It’s the same as your locker number.) -Sharpen two pencils to have them ready to go Monday morning. Put these pencils in your locker. -Complete Google Form with parent contact information and dismissal routine.

  8. Class Behavior All 4th grade teachers and rotation teachers will monitor your child’s behavior through the day and provide feedback for positive and negative choices using ClassDojo. Enter code specific to your child to follow your child’s daily behavior.

  9. Daily Snack Snack time will be during 2nd period. Students can bring a personal snack to school everyday. The snack needs to be something that can be eaten in about 10 minutes and is not messy. Candy is not a snack. Water bottles are okay, but any other drinks can stain the carpet if spilled so they are not allowed.

  10. Wish List: -Hand sanitizer -Band-aids -Chlorox wipes -Over-sized Ziplock Bags

  11. Feel free to go meet your other teachers and see their classrooms. If you haven’t purchased a student planner, they are on sale in the office for $4.00 . We will use these daily in every class period. If you have any other questions at any time, feel free to email me at aschulte@ponderisd.net. ! y a d n o M u o y e e S
