Documents / forms: • To fill out, sign and submit: registration form (fill out and sign), educational contract (university), contract with GIS (only sign), oath (written version) • Students ’ Guide, Boat-trip / opening ceremony invitation card, timetable, group list (you can find it on the wall), elective course info, Immigration office info, Freshmen program card, Student card info etc. • you will receive from us: enrollment certificate, NEPTUN-code, (exemption letter, higher year timetable/groups in few cases), the freshly admitted students get their admission letter • Submitting missing documents (i.e. original leaving certificate, medical report, passport photos etc.) – exemption requests based on prev. studies (till end of September)

  15. Boat-trip on River Danube We would like to invite you to a sightseeing boat trip on the River Danube on the occasion of starting your student life in Budapest. Meeting on Thursday, 5th September, 2019 Boarding: 5.30 p.m. at the lower Danube embankment on the Pest side at Vigadó (Half way between Elizabeth  Chain Bridge, Vigadó tér /square/ Ship station nr. 5) The name of the boat is Táncsics. Departure: 6 p.m. - Arrival: 8 p.m. FREE OF CHARGE

  16. Friday: School opening ceremony School opening ceremony on 6th Sept. Friday from 10.00 (elegant clothes) Guests are welcome, they can sit at the neighbour lecture hall as well (ceremony broadcast) head-phones by 9.30 / name of student only. Sitting: upstairs! Entrance from Bethlen Gábor utca -Irish reception with the Irish embassy at 9.30 at Bldg. N, Nádaskay reading room!   17. Some cultural events… 6 th September (Friday) you are warmly welcome on one of our Sightseeing walks. Tours are organized in groups of 30 and have three different themes. • Buda Castle area walk is the combination of history and Budapest alive. • City Centre walk shows you the most vivid neighborhood of the city, providing insight into Jewish culture and contemporary street art. • City Park walk is a nice combination of nature, architecture and garden bars. We would love to show you the best places in town! • 7th September (Saturday) UVMB is proud to announce the 1st Freshmen Day , held at Üllő University Educational Farm , where we will launch the 2019/2020 school year with clinic and farm visits, followed by fun programs and games. We would love to have you there!

The Immigration and Asylum Office will have a displaced service desk on 26th September from 9am in the Audition hall at Univet!! 30/60 days to arrange (non-EU/EU) No student card without residence permit!
