How the Program Works • Mentoring should remain separate and distinct from orientation • Mentors available for new and existing staff members M t il bl f d i ti t ff b • New staff members will be informed of the group during Orientation and invited to approach any member as they feel pp y y the need • Longer term staff members who are being promoted may also request a mentor t t • A listing of the groups membership is posted on the Faculty’s website
