We will create and continuously improve processes to establish the HR function as valued partner to facilitate the mission and vision of the university. Our mission is to provide outstanding support, service and resources in a uniform and strategic way to our most important assets; students, employees, the university and our UWM community. As Is Phase • Project kick off – September 2015 • Team Meetings – Developed a mission – Identified over 100 business processes related to HR – Narrowed business processes – Identified 25 high priority processes for review – Developed stakeholder survey – Creating As Is business process documentation – Final As Is report due in May April 2016
