Real Estate Acquisition and Projec ject P Process ess Schedule Spring 2020, Real Estate Blitz at WisDOT B-19,  B-20; 3550 Mormon Coulee Road The Blitz will be from 10am to 7pm for parcels  being acquired via the nominal waiver process All nominal offers to be sent to landowners in  spring 2020 Real Estate Negotiations to take place from  spring 2020 to July 2021 All real estate acquired by August 2021 
