Enforcement Committee Expectations • November 20, 2019 EC Meeting Direction • Staff action: December 3, 2019, letters posted to RBRA and City of Sausalito outlining the Enforcement Committee’s expectations • Enforce locally adopted time limits to halt the influx of vessels into Richardson's Bay • Remove all unoccupied vessels and marine debris • Submit a plan with reasonable timelines to remove all occupied vessels • Submit a plan to mitigate habitat impacts • Submit monthly reports with progress in meeting these expectations • Plans expected by March 31, 2020 4/8/20 3
