Test Case Spreadsheet • System Overview Checklist • Organized by System • Instructions Indicate Audience and Directions for Executing Cases • Record Results (Pass, Fail, NA) • Comment as Required 7
Responsibilities • Market Participants Execute all test cases applicable to entity Turn in results spreadsheet EOB Fridays via RMS Complete all testing by Thursday, August 31 Contact SPP with all questions or for assistance via RMS (Quick Pick: Project Inquires; Subtype 1: Two-Factor Authentication) • SPP Team Support MP Testing Respond to Market Participant RMS tickets in timely manner Communicate any changes are/or updates regarding testing in timely manner Post Testing Scorecard Weekly 8
Project Schedule • May 29 – June 26: Two-Factor Phase I MP Testing Period • July 3 – August 31: Two-Factor Phase II MP Testing Period • July 7: 1 st Test Case Spreadsheet Updates Due • July 11: 1 st Testing Scorecard Posted (Every Tuesday for remainder of test period) • July 25: New Marketplace Portal Go-Live • October 10: Two-Factor Project Go-Live 9
Environment Information • Member Testing Environment • Supported: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm CPT (excluding July 4th Holiday) • Marketplace Portal Re-Design Project: Utilize New Portal (located here) Project Documentation (located here) Questions: RMS (Project Inquiries – Marketplace Portal Redesign) • Updates made in testing environments will have to be done in Production as well – changes will not roll-forward 10
