  12. 2019 Batch Verification Advanced Waste Management Systems, Inc. (AWM) is the 2019 Batch Verification Body  Stay tuned for information on registering for the Introduction to Batch Verification webinar! Eligibility requirements:  Not more than a total of 1,000 metric tons CO 2 e emissions per year from specified sources;  No process emissions; and  Fugitive emissions must be from specified sources and less than 5% of emissions 12

Reporting & CRIS Reminders Two ways to create a new emissions year:  Spreadsheet upload : Create a new emissions year by populating and uploading a spreadsheet template to CRIS  Create New Emissions Year : Create a new emissions year under ‘Set Up’ Reminder : Extension Request Form for reporting and verification is no longer required 17

Sustainability Goals Related to GHGI • Reduce organization-wide greenhouse gas emissions 15% from 2015 baseline by 2020 • Reach energy neutrality by 2020 (includes utility purchased electricity and natural gas) • Energy and Transportation Commitments – All new construction and remodel projects will have occupancy settings for lighting and HVAC controls. All new and replacement lighting will be LED – All fleet vehicles monitored with software for anti-idling and speed limit fuel efficiency – Continue to identify potential for renewable energy resources across our water system and facilities 23 2/13/2019
