The Latino Coalition for Community Leadership operates as a national intermediary to give voice, leadership and resources to nonprofits in marginalized communities meeting the needs of individuals and families. Work and Gain Employment & Education Skills (WAGEES) Program The WAGEES program is intended to be a mechanism to facilitate and support a strong partnership between community and faith based organizations and the Colorado Department of Corrections to promote successful re-entry.
