  6. Between Now and 2025… The skills gap widens! 2.4 million manufacturing jobs unfilled Baby- boomers all hit age 65+ by 2029… In Minnesota alone, more than 20,000 new RN’s are needed by 2024.

Harvard University Study Educational requirements for jobs in 2018 58% are going to the University, but… B.A. or higher 33% Unskilled 10% Skilled Training 57% In 2018, 57% of all jobs in our economy will require some form of credentialed technical training or an Associate’s Degree. Only 1/3 of jobs need a bachelor’s degree or higher.

  16. Our Premise The solution to the skilled workforce shortage is right in front of us. It’s not recruit from outside, but reallocate what we already have. We just need to get young people moving in the right direction. (one that matches the actual job market)
