Location Name: Lee County Public Works Building 1500 Monroe St, 1 st Floor, Room 1B Address: City/State/Zip Fort Myers, FL 33901 Evaluation 2 Setup:  Anticipated Meeting Setup ( subject to modification and minor time changes )  8:00 – 11:30: Meeting Introduction & Session 1 - Harris Presentation, Demonstration, Q&A  11:30 – 1:00: Lunch Break & Session 2 setup  1:00 – 4:30: Meeting Introduction & Session 2 – Motorola Presentation, Demonstration, Q&A  4:30 – 5:30: Final Ranking and Selection Presentation Setup:  One hour of presentation  10 minute break  One hour of demonstrations of software  10 minute break  One hour of straight Q&A In accordance with F.S. 286.0113, the presentation/interview sessions are no longer open to the public, unless conducted beyond 30 days from the initial opening date. Upon the conclusion of the presentation/interview sessions, the Evaluation Committee will discuss and rank each proposer interviewed.
