Jammin’Juan 2017, it’s... 30 groups 48 hours of Ja{z... with sights set on 2018. A week-end dedicated to Ja{z professionals Festival organisers, artistic agents, venue owners, jazz clubs, journalists And most importantly THE MUSICIANS. 2 Showcase stages Allowing you to listen to 24 formations over 2 days... and the possibility for you to present a band for this programme . Speed meetings Around a buffet, 10 minutes meetings organised between musicians (or their representa- tives) and music programmers. A Master Class Given by the event’s ambassador. and... an opening for the general public - With the two concert evenings ( three bands per night) - Access to the « Showcases » stages to vote for their two favourite bands.
Participation conditions You are: FESTIVAL ORGANISERS, PRODUCERS & ARTISTIC AGENTS: 1 - You bring a band** : the programme on-site is offered* 2 - You don’t bring a band : 200 €/person of inscription fee and programme participation.* OWNERS OF VENUES, CLUBS...: 200 euros / person of inscription fee and programme participation.* 160 euros for any inscription before July 15 th . OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION: The Organisation will be in charge of : - Selecting, in agreement with the SACEM, the event’s offjcial ambassador who will deliver the Masterclass and give a performance on the evening of the 20 th or 21 st during the general public concert. - Selecting the programme of the general public evenings. - Selecting the bands participating in the « Showcases ». THE GENERAL PUBLIC WILL BE ABLE TO: - Attend the Masterclass (selection by level, subject to availability) : 30€/person. - Attend the evening concerts : 15€ for 1 concert and 25€ for the 2 evenings. - Have access to the entire event : 35€ the Jammin’Juan pass. * Programme includes : 2 nights in a double bedroom in a hotel (3 stars minimum) with breakfasts / 2 buffet lunches / 2 Jammin’Juan evenings ** Technical and backline made available (within the limits of the organiser’s technical sheet).
Jammin’Juan 2017 : Provisional programme (subject to change) Friday October 20 th : - 9am to 11am: WELCOME and registration of participants* - 9am to 11am: MASTER CLASS (Room Fitzgerald) - 12pm to 2pm: BUFFET « GET TOGETHER » (Espace Méditerrannée) Meeting with all the participants around a buffet lunch - 2pm to 7pm: SHOWCASES (1 Espace méditerrannée + 1 Room Fitzgerald) + CONFERENCES (Room S. Bechet: to confjrm) The two stages will play in rotation (example: the 1 st from 2pm to 2.30pm then the other from 2.30pm to 3pm and so on until 7pm). 30 minute sets. - 7pm to 8.30pm: Free time for dinner - 8.30pm to 11pm: General public concert JAMMIN’JUAN (amphithéâtre) Saturday October 21 st : - 11am to 12pm: SHOWCASES - 12pm to 2pm: « SPEED MEETINGS » BUFFET - 2pm to 7pm: SHOWCASES + CONFERENCES - 7pm to 8.30pm: Free time for dinner - 8.30pm to 11pm: General public concert JAMMIN’JUAN Sunday October 22 nd : - 9.30am to 11am: BRUNCH « DEBRIEFING » (Espace Méditerrannée) * Depending on the arrivals, a welcoming programme will take place the day before from 4pm to 7pm.
