Registration 1. At ImpactSurvey.org, click “Sign Up” 2. Using the drop down menus, select your state and then select your library. 3. Fill out the registration form with your personal information. 4. After you submit, someone from the Impact Survey team will approve your account. Impact Survey allows multiple users per library! Each staff member using Impact can have their own account.
